This training is an introduction to healing art of Hypnosis, one the easiest, oldest and most misunderstood tools for transformation.

Beginning by demystifying the practice we will explore the history, myths, science and ethical issues related to the practice of hypnosis. Students will learn how to induce self-hypnosis in addition to a tool box of cognitive and conversational techniques to interrupt old patterns and promote generative change. Drawing from an Integrative hypnosis approach we will learn the basics of self-directed neuroplasticity, parts therapy, energy psychology and creative visualization. The training is very experiential and you will practice the techniques so they become the foundation for an intuitive and creative hypnotic practice. For those who are interested in pursuing the 250 hur professional certification in Hypnosis credits from this introduction course can be applied toward the formal program.
